How To Participate:

1. Decide what colour you want: Black, Black & Blue, or Black & Red
2. Fill out the Model Survey
   
3. Click on the Buy Now button below & pay a $99 deposit on the dress

Then we ship you a dress & you take some photos and video to share with us.

Results:

1. You're happy and you have a beautiful dress!
2. We're happy and we have some great photos & video to share with the world.
