Last Holiday Market

Last weekend was the Portobello West Holiday Market, the last artisan market we'll be participating in this year.

The market was less crowded than expected. Apparently there were LOTS of holiday markets that happened at the same time that weekend.

We had some great conversations with shoppers browsing for locally made goods. Many people commented on loving the bright colors featured in the new accessories by Lalena.

We offered a prize draw for one of the new convertible scarf purses.

It's scarf! It's a purse! It's a scarf/purse! Here are some suggestions on how to use the convertible scarf/purse.

• All-in-one picnic: Use it to carry your picnic, then use it as the picnic blanket!
• Park play blanket: A handy blanket for your little ones for playtime in the park.
• Shawl: Use the heavy crepe fabric as a shawl or scarf when it gets a bit chilly.
